Claim Representative

Chubb is currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Medical Only Claim Examiner for our Central Region.

• Handles all aspects of workers’ compensation medical only claims
• Reviews claim and policy information
• Conducts three-part investigations
• Evaluates facts gathered through the investigation
• Prepares reports on investigations
• Timely administration of statutory medical only benefits
• Sets reserves within authority limits
• Reviews claim status at regular intervals
• Controls and directs vendors and telephonic case managers
• Complies with customer service requests

• College degree in any area of study
• Prior workers’ compensation medical only or similar claim handling experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite of Office products
